Summary Remarks

Half the deal is us going bigger, deeper, faster - but the so-called 'ruling elite' is keeping it away from you, even though you paid for it. This is a drill rig only somewhat smaller than the ones used to tunnel for the global MAGLEV train system which is significantly underwritten by the American taxpayer. But nothing doing on bringing ocean water into inland desalinization or purification facilities, never mind for routing out-of-state electric supply into California.

The other side of the coin - where we are here - is smaller and more precise.

The gratuitous footnote [3] in Best v. Kelly, 39 F.3d 328, 330 (D.C. Cir. 1994) in which a seated judge in Prettyman Courthouse mocked somebody - Wilson - who tried to litigate over being covertly implanted - should have also moved the technology and its capabilities passed a 5 USC 552(b)(1) exemption or claim of secrecy as properly designated and in fact properly classified:

If its true, what more do you want or expect the guy to say? Well, RANDOLPH, Circuit Judge, used it in a footnote defining "frivolous" in 1994 [Best v. Kelly] citing Wilson v. United States Federal Government, Civ. Action N. 92-2159 (D.D.C. 1992). In other words, the original case was crushed under Geo. H.W. Bush, and then used to crush all others in 1994 under Clinton.

First implanted in the mid-1990s after a man staked out her house for a period of time, Gloria Hicks has government technologies in her eyelids and finger tips; Mike Barber reports bigger implanted technologies over a longer period of time; Sheila Bilyeu reports similar activity accompanied by pervasive interaction with ground surveillance mechanisms evidently reflecting linkage between elements in an overview scenario after having been originally implanted perhaps in 1978. It is time to show the cards. Break the clique. Move forward together in a unified fashion. This blogspot is a first step in accomplishing that.

The obvious shortcoming with this blogspot is its failure to address radiation mitigation. Seventeen United States Senators are implanted [dropping to fifteen with the departure of John Warner and Ted Stevens; dropping to thirteen with the departure of Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton]. They take a stimulant as a mitigation device - apparently LSD, which George H.W. Bush apparently knew when he went to the United Nations and got them to outlaw it in anticipation of using radiation as a weapon. What swine that guy is.
Its also possible - we haven't experimented - the old 'blood libel' against the Jews is true; human blood may help mitigation at some level, and allegations of cannibalism have been raised particularly concerning the Clinton administration in the 1990s. More generally, isolated communities with a history of inbreeding and a tradition of guys being really smart may somehow have used blood in compensation. Anyway, that aspect of the situation may be covered with an additional reference page.
