Bill Heetderks, author of the paper and head of the division at NIH, with Phil Troyk, one of the top researchers in the field, spoke with me briefly at the NIH Neuroprosthetic Workshop in 2003. The problem was that Heetderks and Troyk significantly underestimated the effectivity of the neurostimulent which people who are officially implanted take to mitigate the radiation. 'They' [Hillary Clinton, our new Secretary of State-to-be, but lets not go there here] were going to let me fade into dementia out in the hinderland, which is why I post from Washington D.C.
Thank you for your interest in my blogspot... across what has been a few years now. We talked some interesting points; ultimately the extent to which my reform advocacy was being used to enable further invidious activity was unclear to me and I think to everybody else as well so I've put it down, but, again, I appreciate your interest.
